How to Customize

- Click Customize Now Open the image-upload customization tool.
- Upload your image Use a clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG file.
- Complete checkout Review your selected options before placing the order.

- Machine wash cold with similar colors

Processing and production times may vary depending on the personalized product, uploaded image, order volume and time of year.
- Standard U.S. shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing
- Expedited shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days when available during checkout
- Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders over $19.98
- Tracking information is provided after the order ships
Podtas currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Personalized products are generally final sale and cannot be returned because of a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or an incorrect image uploaded by the customer.
Contact Podtas within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order details. Eligible issues may qualify for a free replacement.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the complete product
- Close-up photos of the damage or production error
- Package and shipping-label photos when applicable

Can I add text separately?
No separate text field is currently available. Include any names, words or messages in the complete image before uploading it.
What image format should I upload?
Upload a clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG file. Avoid blurry screenshots and very small images.
Will the printed colors exactly match my screen?
Minor differences in color, size and placement may occur because screens, materials and printing methods display colors differently.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Changes are only possible before production begins. Personalized products may enter production shortly after payment, so changes are not guaranteed.
Can personalized T-shirts be returned?
Personalized products are generally final sale. Eligible damaged, defective or incorrectly produced items may qualify for a replacement.
