Podtas does not claim ownership of customer-submitted customization content.

Submitting customization content grants Podtas and the service providers involved in producing or supporting the order only the limited permission described in our Customer Upload and Intellectual Property Policy .

We do not use private customer-submitted customization content in unrelated public advertising, social-media posts, product listings, or promotional materials without separate permission.

We do not sell customer customization content as standalone image libraries, media collections, or digital products.
