We value every customer and want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. Because most Podtas products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, please review this Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing.
By placing an order on Podtas.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Return and Refund Policy
All personalized and made-to-order products are final sale.
Personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the customization details confirmed in your order.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Incorrect color selected by the customer

Incorrect spelling, names, dates, photos, text, or personalization details submitted by the customer

The customer no longer wants or needs the product

The product does not fit because the customer selected the wrong size

Minor differences in color, placement, scale, or appearance that do not affect the overall quality or intended design
Each personalized item is created using customer-specific details, including names, photos, designs, embroidery, prints, dates, messages, or other custom information. Because these products cannot be resold, they are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.
Please carefully review all product options, sizing information, uploaded images, spelling, and personalization details before submitting your order.
Free Replacement
Podtas will provide a free replacement when the issue was caused by our production process or by the shipping carrier.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty

The item contains a printing, embroidery, or manufacturing error
-
The personalization is different from the information confirmed in your order
-
You received the wrong product, size, color, or design
-
The package has had no tracking updates for more than three weeks
-
The package is confirmed lost during transit
-
The order arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery period because of a carrier-related issue
Approved replacements will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
Evidence Required
To request a replacement, please email contact@Podtas.com and provide:

Your order number

The email address used to place the order

A clear description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the entire product
-
Close-up photos of any printing, embroidery, personalization, or production error
-
Photos of the shipping package and shipping label if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
-
For sizing-related claims, photos showing the product measurements with a measuring tape or ruler
Photos and videos must clearly show the reported issue.
We may be unable to approve a replacement if sufficient evidence is not provided.
Please do not return any product to the address shown on the shipping package. That address may belong to a shipping facility and may not be able to process returns.
If a return is required, Podtas will provide the correct return instructions and address by email.
Replacement for Customer Errors
If the issue was caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, the order is not eligible for a free replacement or refund.
Examples include:

Misspelled names or text

Incorrect photos or images uploaded

Incorrect size or color selected
-
Incorrect shipping information
-
Incorrect personalization details
In some cases, Podtas may offer a replacement at a discounted price. The customer will be responsible for the replacement fee and any applicable shipping costs.
The original item does not need to be returned unless otherwise requested.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds, free replacements, and returns will not be provided when:

The customer changes their mind after ordering

The customer selected the wrong size, color, style, or product

The customer submitted incorrect personalization details

The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

The package was delivered to the address entered during checkout

The customer failed to collect the package or refused delivery

The product has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery

The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery

The customer is unable to provide clear evidence of the reported issue

The issue involves minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric texture, printing methods, or material variations
-
The issue involves minor differences in design placement, scale, alignment, or appearance that are normal for handmade or personalized production
Color differences of up to approximately 20% may occur because of monitor settings, lighting, photography, materials, and production methods. These differences are not considered defects.
Refunds in Exceptional Cases
Refunds are not normally provided for personalized or made-to-order products.
A full or partial refund may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, including when:

Podtas is unable to fulfill the order because of an internal production issue

A replacement cannot be produced

The product is unavailable after payment
-
Podtas determines that a refund is the most appropriate resolution
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider:

Credit or debit card refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days

PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping fees, priority processing fees, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Podtas.
Shipping Costs
When a replacement is approved because of a Podtas production error or carrier-related damage, Podtas will cover the replacement and standard shipping costs.
When a replacement is requested because of a customer error, the customer is responsible for:

The discounted replacement fee

Any applicable shipping costs

Any additional customization or service fees
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.
Because personalized orders may enter production shortly after payment, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
This includes changes to:

Size
-
Color
-
Design
-
Photos
-
Names
-
Text
-
Shipping address
-
Personalization details
