Privacy of Customer-Uploaded Images

Images, photographs, artwork, logos, previews, and customization files submitted to Podtas may be processed by Podtas and the service providers required to preview, produce, fulfill, deliver, support, or resolve issues relating to your order.

Podtas does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded images and will not use a private customer upload in unrelated public advertising without separate permission.

Podtas does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded images. Uploading an image grants Podtas and the service providers involved in fulfilling the order only the limited permission described in our Customer Upload and Intellectual Property Policy .

We do not use a private customer-uploaded image in unrelated public advertising, social-media posts, product listings, or promotional materials without separate permission.

We do not sell customer-uploaded customization images as standalone products or image libraries.

4. Sources of Personal Information

  • Directly from you, including when you create an account, upload an image, customize a product, place an order, submit a review, complete a form, or contact us.

Podtas generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. We may receive limited transaction details such as the payment method, payment status, transaction identifier, billing address, and limited card information displayed by the payment provider.

Payment providers process information according to their own terms, security standards, and privacy notices.
