Measure your available wall space before ordering. All three options use a portrait 2:3 proportion, making them suitable for vertical family photos, pet portraits, wedding images and artwork.

Image quality directly affects the final canvas print. Use the clearest original photo available rather than a screenshot or compressed social-media copy.

• Upload a clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG image
• A vertical image close to a 2:3 ratio fits these sizes best
• Use the original photo file whenever possible
• Avoid screenshots, thumbnails and heavily compressed images
• Make sure faces, pets and important details are sharp and bright
• Keep important subjects away from all outer edges
• Include all desired wording directly inside the uploaded image
• Avoid small wording that may be difficult to read when printed
• Review image orientation and cropping before checkout

Upload only an image that you created, legally own or have permission to reproduce and print.

• Original artwork or graphics you created
• Images you have permission or a valid printing license to use
• Photos of identifiable people when you have any required consent

Do not upload copyrighted artwork, protected characters, celebrity images, trademarks, logos or other protected content unless you have sufficient authorization from the rights owner.

Podtas customized products are intended for personal, private and non-commercial use or as personal gifts. They may not be resold or used as commercial merchandise without separate written approval.

The canvas includes hanging hardware for indoor wall display. Select a secure location and use installation hardware suitable for your wall material.

• Make sure the canvas is securely mounted before use
• Keep away from excessive moisture and direct water exposure
• Remove light dust using a clean, soft and dry cloth
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools
• Avoid placing heavy pressure on the canvas surface
• Keep hanging hardware and sharp tools away from children

Each custom canvas is made specifically using the image submitted with the order. Processing includes image preparation, printing, stretching, quality inspection, protective packing and carrier preparation.

• Most eligible U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days after order confirmation
• Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying merchandise orders of $19.98 or more after discounts and before taxes
• Tracking information is provided by email after the order ships
• Tracking may require approximately 24–72 hours to begin displaying carrier movement after a shipping label is created

Podtas currently ships to valid addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and eligible U.S. territories. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, image review and unusually high order volume may require additional time.

Personalized and made-to-order canvas prints are final sale. They cannot normally be returned, exchanged or refunded because of a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer or an incorrect image submitted by the customer.

Contact Podtas within 30 calendar days after delivery if your canvas arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or materially different from the customization details confirmed in your order.

Eligible production or carrier-related issues may qualify for a free replacement.
