Image quality directly affects the final printing result. Use the clearest original image available.

• Keep important subjects and text away from the outer edges

Podtas custom floor mats are designed for personalized indoor decoration in a variety of living and working spaces.

• Use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean the floor mat
• Avoid using bleach or harsh cleaning chemicals
• Allow the floor mat to air dry completely
• Do not place the mat back on the floor while it is still wet
• Light vacuuming is recommended to assist with the settling process

Each personalized floor mat is prepared using the image submitted with the order. Processing and production times may vary depending on the uploaded image, selected size, order volume and time of year.

• Expedited U.S. shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days after processing when available during checkout
• Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $19.99 or more

Podtas currently ships to valid addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Personalized and made-to-order floor mats are generally final sale. They cannot normally be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer or an incorrect image submitted by the customer.

Contact Podtas within 30 days of delivery if your floor mat arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or materially different from the customization details confirmed in your order.

Eligible production or carrier-related issues may qualify for a free replacement.
